This beautiful draped chiffon dress is perfect for anyone who wants to feel elegant and whimsical on their wedding day. With a sweetheart neckline and complementary draping, this gown will have eyes drawn to your waist, making it look smaller. Using these leading lines and hand placed lace, we gather the chiffon to create interest and texture in the bodice. We have created a faux wrap skirt to keep the cross-body lines in the bodice. When the satin crosses, space is left to show off some leg. The chiffon skirt overlay adds a touch of coverage, all while letting the slit in the satin be a cheeky detail.
Bodice
The bodice is made up of three layers, a foundation layer, a lining layer, and a self layer. The self is comprised of chiffon, satin, and lace, while the foundation layer has several lines of boning and bra cups. Mimicking a faux wrap skirt is a faux wrap bodice. As the right side of the sweetheart neckline falls between the bust, a seam continues down to the waist and side seam intersection. The chiffon overlay on the bodice is gathered and pleated organically so that it follows this diagonal seam. Together the seam and chiffon folds draw the eye to the waist, making it look smaller.
Above the sweetheart neckline are two wider lace straps that lead into a full lace back bodice. The back bodice is unlined, showing off skin. With a higher neckline on the back bodice, a row of buttons, and a beaded floral lace, the back bodice is a showstopper. The lace is made up of various sized flowers, with the largest one just over four inches, eleven centimeters. In between the flowers are several lines of stems, leaves, and irregular shaped dots. Inside the flowers, beads and sequins are used to create the flower details, like the stigma.
Continuing the lace details on the front bodice. We use the curved vines in the lace on top of the sweetheart neckline and draped chiffon bodice to emphasize the directional wrap in this wedding dress. Specifically along the seam, that leads from the right bust to the waist, vines cover it and end at a large lace flower stitched at the waist seam.
Skirt
Also curving to the waist seam on the left of the waist is the sheath faux wrap skirt. The skirt is made up of two separate layers. Satin and lining together create the faux wrapped skirt. The edge of the satin is curved away so that it shows off the left leg. Over the top of the satin skirt is a beautiful gathered layer of chiffon. It creates a veil of fabric and a feeling of modesty over the slit in the satin skirt. Finally, in the back, both layers of the skirt have trains that measure ten inches, twenty-five-and-a-half centimeters, along center back.
Accessorizing
When adding an accessory to this gown, a veil would be best as you’ve already got a lot of lace detail. We encourage you to look at our Jane veil for a simple and classic addition. For a more detailed grand look, we suggest the Lena or Heaven, they both have a trim around the edge of the veil that would work with the lace in the gown. However, the center of the veil is kept with just tulle so that the beautiful lace back of this gown doesn’t get obstructed.

If a client were to pass away, we will speak to the clients next of kin, however we will require proof of death before we release any personal information.
Non Customized Items-
Rachel Elizabeth Bridal accepts returns but only when the buyer contacts us within 14 days of receiving the item. Item must be returned to Rachel Elizabeth within 30 days of delivery. Item must also be unworn and undamaged to receive the full refund. If item is damaged it may receive a partial refund, this will be determined on a case by case basis.
Customized Items-
Once the gown(s), veil(s) or product(s) has/have been paid for in full, the purchase is final. Rachel Elizabeth Bridal does not accept returns after the product has been shipped.
Until the sale is finalized, Rachel Elizabeth Bridal does recognize that cancellations may occur and agrees to refund 50% of the total amount. If additions are made to the order after deposit has been paid a further deposit will be required and will be nonrefundable. Construction on the item will be stopped immediately and then belongs to Rachel Elizabeth Bridal.
Most items are made as soon as the item is ordered. Veils and belts have a small pre-made stock on hand. If this is the case we will ship the item asap, within 2 business days.
For the items that are made to order, specifically the gowns, we will contact you with a need by date and how long our current lead time is. Our standard lead time is 12-22 weeks for retail. If needed sooner than the 12 weeks please email BEFORE purchase.
We ship worldwide, however, shipping time and price will vary depending on country. If you are purchasing from outside the USA, please contact us BEFORE the purchase for an accurate shipping quote.
Import Duties-
Rachel Elizabeth is not responsible for import duties or the time it takes to clear customs. Please take this timing into consideration when placing your order.
Damaged Items-
We at Rachel Elizabeth Bridal guarantee the quality of our products. If you receive a product from us that has been damaged in transit we request you call us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. We will need photographed evidence of the damaged packaging and product, with a detailed description in writing, so we can claim the expenses back from the shipping company. We will issue a full refund on return of the damaged product, or a free replacement. We will issue you a free shipping return label when requested.
If damage occurs after the purchaser received the product, Rachel Elizabeth Bridal takes no responsibility and the item is not returnable.
Rachel Elizabeth is able to make customizations to a gown that has been recently purchased and not started production, or will be purchased. Please email our design team on the “Contact Us” page to receive a quote before or after purchase of a gown. If you have purchased the gown and it is already in construction there may be significant additional fees. Please email customizations early in your construction process. No matter what customizations are additional fees are included.
Examples of customizations:

Choosing a bustle is not considered a customization and you will be contacted by our design team to choose your style of bustle.
